Italy - Part 5 (and last) ROME
We dropped off our car in Chiusi and hopped on a train to Rome - our last destination before heading back to Hawaii. We only had two nights, one full day for this amazing city. The 3-hour train ride was pleasant and we enjoyed watching the countryside. Unfortunately, our hotel was outside the town and it took us a while to get there. We only had a few hours left off of the day. We decided to take a hotel shuttle bus to town for a passagiata (evening stroll) and a dinner. Our first impression of Rome was beyond words. We got there just in time to catch a nice sunset over the Vatican City. Cesta vlakem do Řima trvala asi 3 hodiny, pozorovali jsme krajinu, a tak nám to rychle uteklo. Náš hotel byl docela daleko od města, což bylo nevýhodné. Než jsme se ubytovali, ze dne nám zbylo jen pár hodin. Rozhodli jsme se zajet autobusem do města, projít si večerní město a zajít si na dobrou večeři. Náš první dojem z Říma se nedá slovy popsat. Dostali jsme se tam zrovna na krásný západ sl
