Camping trip and more...

Hi there! It has been a while since my last post! Busy anyone? This summer seems to go by so fast! We have been filling up our freezers with berries, harvesting beans, kale and cherry tomatoes. Swimming in a creek, hiking and biking a lot. The weather has been beautiful and Eli is trying t keep our lawn well watered while raising a butterfly that turned out to be a moth after all. Tim took these cute pics of our little girls. They are growing up so fast!

I think we might have another gifted musician in our family! Lucie loves playing the piano with Eli.

The kiddos are trying to make some money this summer at local craft fairs! Here they are selling bookmarks, herbs, peppermint tea and lip balm. They did great!

Eli worked really hard to put this peppermint tea on a shelf! Good job, son!

Sofia has been busy hand picking our calendula and making lip balm! Most of her buyers were girls her age!
Good job, my little princess!

Both Eli and Sofia entered Kiewit Drawing Contest  to win some big money! They had to draw safety related picture. The winner's artwork will be featured in Kiewit Calendar next year!  We will find out in a couple of weeks! Stay tuned! We are talking serious cash here for the winners! ;-) I think they did pretty good! Oooops! Sorry I cannot fix the pics.

Camp Dwight
The kids and I went to a Family Bible Camp near Bend, Oregon last week. Tim had to work so we decided to go on our own and I am glad we did because it was A LOT of FUN! We followed our dear friends and their luxurious motor home on the way there. The drive was not too bad as we did a lot of stops. The kids did great in a car and enjoyed the great views!

Some spectacular views on the way to the camp!

Maybe a little bigger car next year?!?Lucie upgraded to a big girl seat.

The kids and I were tenting and it was fun. I wish I would take more pics but there was so much going on that I am thankful I took a few pics with my phone! Great sermons, wonderful music, zip line, knife throwing, swimming, slipping slide, 5 K family fun run, good friends, great fellowship....we loved it all! Hoping next year Tim will be able to come! We surely missed him!

Lucie is a shoe girl! She enjoyed just crawling around trying other peoples shoes! Oh that little muffin!

Our first crop of beans! Oh so good with lots of butter! There is always a big fight over them in our house!

Stay tuned for some more summer adventures at the Clark Family! We love summer! Thanks for visiting! Come back soon!
